An 8-week course facilitated by a qualified clinician, offering a safe place to discuss the struggles of long Covid and learn how to manage the symptoms with psychological support. Each session will be an hour long, with one course delivered in the daytime and another in the evening. The course will have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 12 attendees.
